Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date.

From time to time, information may contain errors or become out of date. Product availability, workshop dates, prices and other information may also change.

Where information relates to a purchase, your rights under our Terms & Conditions and UK consumer law are not affected by these website terms.

Handmade Products & Images

The photographs and descriptions on this website are intended to represent James’s work as accurately as reasonably possible.

Willow is a natural material and each basket is individually handmade. Natural variations in colour, texture, shape and weave are therefore to be expected.

Images of made-to-order and personalised baskets may show examples of previous work rather than the exact basket you will receive.

Further information about purchases, returns and made-to-order products can be found in our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy.

You must not deliberately misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or use it in a way that could damage the website or prevent other people from using it.
