UK Delivery
Baskets by James currently delivers throughout the UK.
Standard UK delivery is included in the price of baskets unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery Times
Baskets that are already available will be dispatched as soon as reasonably possible after your order is received.
As James is a small independent maker, dispatch times may occasionally vary. If there is likely to be an unexpected delay, James will contact you.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, UK consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the order. Legislation.gov.uk
Made-to-Order Baskets
Where a basket is being made to order, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for James to make your basket, plus delivery time.
Any different estimated making time will be stated on the product page or agreed with you before the basket is made.
Delivery Outside the UK
Online ordering is currently intended for UK delivery.
If you would like a basket delivered outside the UK, please contact James before ordering. International delivery may be possible by arrangement and any additional delivery costs will be confirmed before you place your order.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
Please check your basket when it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact James as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the item and packaging.
If an item is faulty or not as described, your statutory consumer rights apply and James will arrange an appropriate solution. Where goods are legitimately rejected as faulty, the trader is responsible for reasonable return costs. Legislation.gov.uk
If your order has not arrived when expected, please contact James so that he can investigate the delivery.
