One-to-One Willow Basket Making Workshop

Enjoy a full day of willow weaving with James and create a basket of your choice in this private one-to-one workshop.

Whether you’re completely new to willow weaving or would like to develop your skills further, James will guide you through the process step by step. With individual tuition throughout the day, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions, learn traditional basket-making techniques and work at your own pace.

Your Workshop

Unlike James’s scheduled group workshops, this one-to-one session can be arranged with you directly.

You’ll choose the style of willow basket you’d like to make, and James will help you create it from start to finish. Your finished basket is, of course, yours to take home.

What’s Included

All the willow, materials and tools you’ll need are provided.

Tea, coffee and a small snack will also be available. As this is a full-day workshop, please bring some lunch with you.

The date and workshop location will be arranged directly with you after booking, allowing James to find a suitable date and make the appropriate arrangements for your individual workshop.
